Beer Pairing Dinners

Many people think of wine as the best accompaniment to food, but beer has a much wider range of flavors. (And, it comes in those handy, single-serving containers!) Over the past year, once a month, Jason from Tow Distributing has been pairing delicious beers from his vast portfolio with my menus. I’m even more excited about our upcoming 2009 dinners! Private Dining

For a decade I have built my private dining business strictly through word-of-mouth. Whether I’m working with a sit-down dinner for 8, a cocktail party for 100, or a holiday buffet party for 40, I give my undivided attention to the details of your event. I want you to be a guest at your own party. As each private dining event is unique, I do not have a set menu. We will work together to create a menu based on your needs and tastes.
